South Central IN

Our client, located 30 miles south of Indianapolis, Indiana, is an industry niche leader in the manufacturing and distribution of metal components for the automotive and heavy engine industry. Reporting to the division General Manager, the controller will be accountable for the accounting operations of the company, to include the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards. In newly formed business units, the Controller will work closely with IT to implement the Company’s ERP and Standard Cost Systems. Qualifications must include manufacturing accounting, cost accounting, fixed asset, ERP, as well as 5+ years of leadership or accounting management experience. Senior Designer

South Bend, IN area

Reporting to the Chief Product Engineer, the Senior Designer will be the expert design engineer on staff and will guide the development of fabricated and assembled products manufactured and/or marketed to the outdoor and recreational vehicle enthusiast. The Sr. Designer will provide technical expertise on projects including product development, improvements, cost reductions, or advanced research. He/she will lead the Product Engineering department in the design/development of new products and components and will assure that product development processes are being followed.
