As a division of TDM & Associates search and placement firm, Reach Your Destination was created to fill a gap in candidates' needs for personal career transition. Our purpose is to help professionals in transition continue to move forward in their career. 


Reach Your Destination offers over 30 years of combined recruiting and HR experience covering a variety of industries and specialties, and provides resume and cover letter writing, LinkedIn profile creation, interview coaching, and career coaching services to individuals and corporations alike.

TIM MAUPIN

President and Founder

Tim is a graduate of Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He gained over seventeen years of extensive human resource management experience working for such conglomerates as Consolidated Foods, United Technologies, Household Finance, and Bell Sports.


With his experience in recruiting, human resources, and executive leadership, Tim is uniquely qualified to coach candidates through the interview and career search process.

STEPHANIE SWILLEY

Career Consultant

Stephanie has a Bachelors degree from Georgia State University and brings 10+ years of experience within the staffing industry. She has been a professional resume writer for 5+ years and has had work selected to be published in industry publications.


Stephanie believes every person has something that is unique to them that can have a profound impact on the world around them.

Career Consultant

Stephanie is a Certified Advanced Resume Writer, holds a Bachelors degree from Georgia State University, and brings 15+ years of experience within the staffing industry. She has been a professional resume writer for 10+ years and has had work selected to be published in industry publications.


A member of Career Directors International, Stephanie believes every person has something that is unique to them that can have a profound impact on the world around them.

KATIE VIGIL

Career Consultant

With 15+ years of experience in human resources, training and development, and career consulting, Katie brings a wealth of experience to her role as a Career Consultant and Resume Writer.


She is also a certified 'Taking Flight with DISC' facilitator and trainer.

KEVIN MARTLAGE

With over 25 years of service to corporations and associations, Kevin has supported both domestic and international organizations on the journey from strategy to implementation with a focus on team culture, development, and awareness. Kevin enjoys leading organizations in the process of creating a nurturing business culture designed to provide the biggest strategic advantage possible. 


Using his background and unique approach to leadership, Kevin started his consulting firm, Nextier Advisors in December of 2019. Nextier Advisors specializes in working with organizations, executive teams, and individuals who are dedicated to an intentionally transparent work culture focused on trust and communication. In 2023 Kevin co-founded a second consulting firm called Switchback with a business partner in Brownsburg IN. Switchback focuses their efforts on helping leaders engage and keep their team on purpose by providing context which allows the path to a better future to be trusted. Together, both firms focus on individual and team awareness in the pursuit of alignment, advancement, development, and impact.


Kevin is passionate about using self-awareness and understanding as a vehicle to help eliminate what he calls Mischief™ while advancing alignment and direction. He is a certified Myers-Briggs Practitioner, Certified Myers-Briggs Strong Interest Inventory Practitioner, has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University and is a volunteer advisory board member for IndyCar Ministries.

Erin Mitchell

Career & Business Coach

Erin has led the creation of multiple marketing teams from scratch and successfully navigated corporate reorganizations. Her track record speaks volumes – she has consistently been awarded a perfect 5 in employee engagement surveys by her inspired teams.

Having worked with multiple industries, including consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, higher education and with a specialized focus in healthcare, Erin has a unique business acumen. Leading teams withing CVS Health and traditional healthcare, allows her to act as “translator” for the healthcare industry. Her versatility extends to both B2B and B2C domains, ensuring a holistic perspective in every strategic move.

With a forte in crafting business, marketing and communication strategies driven by a deep understanding of consumer insights and alignment with KPIs, her success track record speaks for itself: a brand preference increase of 15%, within 3 months or increased website traffic by 150%.
